Puppily Pets™ RETURN POLICY
To return a product, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Return requests will be approved if all of the below are met:
The item is in unused/undamaged condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
The consumer pays applicable shipping fees for the return

SHIPPING CHARGES OR RETURNS
If the order and/or item shipped is incorrect, damaged, defective upon arrival, or no replacement is sent, Puppily Pets, LLC will quickly replace or redeliver your order and cover all shipping charges. A full refund will be issued if the customer chooses to cancel the order rather than wait for the replacement to arrive.
If the customer’s return request is received within 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and a full refund will be issued.
If orders are returned due to undeliverable address, unknown person, or refused by any person at the shipping address location, the shipping cost and either a 10% restocking fee will be deducted for orders $50 and under.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES
If the order was placed more than 30 days ago
If the product has been used
If the customer damaged the product through misuse
*NOTE: Refunds are generally issued within 2 weeks of the receipt date of the return.
